Great hotel, beautiful beach, delicious food & friendly staff.
Great hotel right on a beautiful beach with a lovely pool and nice restaurant. Thank you! I was apprehensive about this hotel (read this post here), having read some negative reviews about the lack of sunloungers (there are plenty so don’t worry!) and about the breakfast (great breakfast with a good variety of local and Western options). The beach was extremely clean and you can walk 3km in either direction, so quiet! Restaurant and bar at the hotel – in the know – were excellent. Lovely little restaurants within walking distance. Really good value for money and a lovely relaxing place to stay.
Communication with the central booking team was painful. They took days to reply and were next to useless. We tried to ask for their assistance in recommending a dive centre (no ideas) and trying to book a taxi transfer was a right pain. Don’t let it put you off, but a note to the hotel that they need to up their game on reception staff. All of the staff were lovely, but the staff on reception (although very polite) weren’t helpful.

We tried to ask for their assistance in recommending a dive centre (no ideas) and trying to book a taxi transfer was a right pain. Don’t let it put you off, but a note to the hotel that they need to up their game on reception staff. All of the staff were lovely, but the staff on reception (although very polite) weren’t helpful.
